JonAnn specializes in investment property, land, office sales, leasing and tenant/buyer representations for Coldwell Banker Commercial.

JonAnn has experience both in the corporate sector and higher education. As IT Division Chair and Director of Online Instruction at Frank Phillips College, she coached and mentored the IT Academic Team winning National AITP competition at Purdue University, competing against Division One Universities. In addition, she provided corporate computer training for major companies such as Chevron Phillips and Conoco Phillips. JonAnn later accepted a position as Senior Account Manager at CS STARS working with the Hartford/SRS Group. While there, she managed the risk management needs of clients such as ARAMARK, Albertson’s and Lowes.
JonAnn’s extensive experience culminated into strong analytical and negotiation skills as well as a zeal for customer service. Her exceptional work ethic combined with proven leadership and communication skills will ensure the facilitation and negotiation of exceptional real estate solutions for her clients. Passionate about Commercial Real Estate, JonAnn will always strive to provide knowledge and integrity to the process of solving the client’s real estate needs.

JonAnn and her husband, Jackie, have four children, Chelsi, Jonna, Trey and Brit.
